EDIT: It was brought to our attention that we missed the word bubbles on pages 23 and 35 so we've fixed it and reuploaded the chapter. We've also renamed the pages (thanks for the tip anon!).
EDIT2: Ooooh shit, looks like we took the L on this one for real. We just finished fixing a shit ton of typos (thanks again anon!) and reuploaded everything on MediaFire and Batoto. I don't suggest tryna read this on any other online reader cause there's a 90% chance they've got the WOAT version of the chapter. We're probably gonna need a proof reader or quality checker in the future.

DeleteIf you're interested in scanlating it into another language or if you just want the raws, the official Scumbag Loser site has the raws for chapter 1 available in their online reader. To be completely honest, before we had the money to buy the books we just printscreened the shit outta their reader to gank the chapter 1 raws because that's all we had to work with at the time.

In the original Japanese, is the personal pronoun there specified or implicit?
(I can't seem to access the online raws. Any idea what "error code:006" means?)
That's an excellent question. In both the Japanese and the Chinese raws, they didn't specify a personal pronoun for that bubble so I was just sitting in my chair tryna guess whether Masahiko or Haruka said it.
DeleteI just found out there are french raws though, and when I went to take a look it seems like Haruka was speaking in that bubble so I'll go ahead and make the change.

Pre-release, at least this coming semester, I'm afraid I'd probably just end up disappearing and leaving you hanging waiting for a reply. :/
Post-release (yeah, I know that's less than ideal), of course I'll help out again if I do somehow find the necessary little spots of time.
So, probably best to recruit an official QC-er with a bit more free time to spare.
P.S.: Not bad for a group's first release!

ReplyDeleteNo sweat Marimo, we're still working on the second chapter right now but we're aiming to get it done sometime between this weekend and next weekend at the latest.
DeleteIt's highly unlikely that we'll be able to get it done this weekend, but Sunday 9/22/13 is our do or die deadline for this chapter so we'll definitely have it out by then.
