Hotel of the Underworld Volume 2: The End of Summer

Happy Friday y'all!! Man I am super glad I was able to find and release Volume 2 of Hotel of the Underworld: The End of Summer! A lot of the Japanese sites that host the Hotel of the Underworld series skips over volume 2, and I just couldn't understand why. After a bit of internet stalking, I saw this pic on Twitter the author posted that confirmed for me what the cover for volume 2 was even supposed to look like. The author Kuroi Shiro has several similarly styled oneshots that are published around the web, so I wasn't 300% sure which story was meant to be volume 2 versus which was meant to be a oneshot.

I ended up finding out that the whole Hotel of the Underworld series is published uncensored on the author's Pixiv account, and after reading through volume 2 I figured the reason why those other sites were reluctant to host that particular volume was because of the mini scene on page 2 where the kids are bathing together. I didn't really want to run into upload issues either, so thankfully my friend Techsupportdog is a good artist and they were able to draw a towel over the little girl in an attempt to make this particular volume SFW.

Hotel of the Underworld Volume 1: Acheron

OKAY SO AFTER GOING GHOST FOR 4 YEARS, I'M SUDDENLY BACK WITH A NEW PROJECT Y'ALL: Hotel of the Underworld by Kuroi Shiro.

The art for this series is insanely nice, and the stories themselves take you through a whole gamut of emotions even though they're really short. So far there are 4 volumes for this series, and all of the volumes are under 40 pages so it's a quickie.

I gotta be real though, my Japanese skills are so wack. Like I can do the translations, but I'm just slow AF because I'm stuck depending on a dictionary and a thesaurus. Definitely dropped the ball by not paying attention in class back when I was still in school.
